Your Voice is Irreplacable (even with AI)

Listen, I love AI so much.

Those memes going around with people dancing with a ghost, pretending it's ChatGPT, saying it's the love of their life? That's me.

And yet.

You already know there are a lot of risks to AI, and the one I want to talk about today is the risk of losing authenticity, integrity, and connection.

If you have AI write all of your first drafts—your newsletters, blog posts, website copy—you can lose you. Your voice, your uniqueness, your perspective. And that is exactly what people are looking for.

In a hyper-tech world, our humanity matters more than ever.

I know I sound a bit dramatic, but I feel strongly about this. You are needed. Your voice, your tone, your rhythm, your phrasing. It all matters.

So yes, use AI. Let it give you ideas. Let it help you brainstorm. Let it edit your rough drafts while keeping your voice intact. Let it talk you out of your mental blocks.

But your first draft? Let that be yours. I promise the quality will be better, and people will feel more connected to it.
